Daniel holds a M.Sc. from University of Montreal. Shortly after graduating, Daniel started his career in executive search with a local firm before making his mark with two international executive search firms; Spencer Stuart and Caldwell Amrop Partners where he played active roles in Life Sciences, Technology, Natural resources and Financial services Practices. Daniel also launched the Biotech recruiting practice at Caldwell. Daniel’s experience in executive search spans over 35 years. Through those years, he has conducted searches at the local, national and international levels in various industries and has placed industry leaders in Canada, USA, France, UK and Hungary as well as Ivory Coast and Central America.
In 1998, Daniel launched Lacoste Executive Search. The firm became the Canadian leader in Biotech recruiting, completing over 300 searches in Canada, USA and Europe.
